Academics, Academics, Academics

The Black and Gold 1975

By the time it came to register each student felt quite confident that he had his "duck soup classes," and his "easy A's" all lined up.

Of course with the coming of school, each student found that between the myriad of activities ranging from television shows, football games, socials, or movie-going, a little bit of time had to be set aside for that difficult math assignment or that 'special' English paper due the next day.

But no obstacle was big enough to stop a student in his intellectual pursuits or desires for an increased awareness of himself, and of the world around him. whether he tackled the complexities of a calculus problem or worked to fashion a handful of clay into a beautiful work of art, McKinley offered that and much more to each student who wanted to learn.
