Organizations, Organizations

The Black and Gold 1975

School brought many friends and unforgettable times along with some "enemies and disasters." Not only was school a place to learn, but it was also a place for people to get together for sharing ideas, laughter, and work together to develop special interests.

To provide students with a stimulating and well-organized school year, McKinley's student council and senate members worked hard together with clubs and other organizations.  McKinleyites helped to better the school by actively getting involved in the many different and new activities.

Senate meetings were held every Wednesday. The student council officers and senators visited social studies classes to keep McKinleyites informed on school happenings.

Student oriented interest clubs and organizations kept McKinleyites active in school and within the community. Clubs participated in service projects for worthwhile causes, explored many fields of interest and undertook projects to beautify the school, campus and community.
