The Black and Gold 1976
McKinleyites found more time for their extracurricular activities with the change in bell schedule. Activity and Tutorial periods were the settings for a number of interesting functions.
The Bicentennial served as a medium which instilled more school spirit within each individual, evident in the many out of class activities which made up student life.
But aside from the bicentennial-inspired affairs, students also found time to partake in favorite pastimes; such as cramming for exams in the library, pursuing vocations or 'coasting' in a favorite spot on campus.
